Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Because we print all apparel in-house using high-quality DTF printing, processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended by 1–2 days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times (U.S. Orders):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or holiday volume.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for any packages lost or damaged during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
We are happy to assist with documentation for your claim.

International Shipping

International delivery times vary by location and may be subject to customs fees.
